• Constructed two complex 3D models to show phasing and logistical planning for project pursuits for both medical and mixed-use projects, communicating with project teams to understand best practices. 

• Created presentation Lumion animations in order to show design options.

• Developed and presented for review a catalog of standard details to be used on solar power plant projects.

BIM Drafter

• Developed classroom plans using AutoCad to meet COVID-19 guidelines, across BYU-I campus during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Assisted University Architects in producing construction drawings for various projects on BYU-Idaho campus using AutoDesk Revit.

• Developed photorealistic renders of on-going campus construction projects to be published by the University.

• Utilized AutoDesk Revit to develop 3D floorplan renderings for the University owned apartment complex's website.

• Created accurate as-built BIM models of campus buildings using AutoDesk Revit.
